CHPS is prepared to act as a construction manager for your building project, especially for absentee owners, whether it is a small addition or a new house. Our service ranges from oversight in a general supervisory capacity to a detailed management of day-to-day progress. We charge a flat fee, typically around 3%-6%, depending on the level of supervision we expect and this fee is usually split between pre-construction services (25%) and the construction phase (75%). We act as your agent and our fee is based on the amount of time we will devote to the project rather than a percentage of the work. This ensures that our interests are tied directly to yours.
