Our Service Rates
We offer our services for a simple
hourly labor rate.
No hidden fees, No surprises
For an hourly per staff person fee of $55 (as of November 2022), we offer you the following:
»» Priority access, as needed, to our extensive list of recommended vendors and suppliers.
»» House checks and more. We will meet contractors, perform small tasks or do whatever is needed.
»» Secure storage of your house and outbuilding keys.
»» Mail and package pick-up and forwarding from your mailbox or P.O. Box while you are away.
Deliveries may be rerouted and
accepted at our office.
»» 24 hour emergency response (After hour and Sunday hourly rates may apply).
More for a Low Hourly Rate
»» Routine House Checks (see checklist)
»» Emergency Response - for situations that require after hour emergency response, we charge $75.00 per hour, (9pm to 7am Mon-Sat and all day Sunday)
»» Travel Time - We include travel time in our hourly rate, in other words, we bill 'portal to portal' from Middlebury.
»» Concierge Services Provided By Our Staff
Our Agreement with You
»» Upon agreement of rates and scope of work, we will both sign a simple agreement that will spell out what we have discussed.
Beginning January 2020, we will require a 10% fee if we are asked to pay vendors directly and bill you later. This applies to individual invoices of more than $50.
Vendor Management
CHPS will organize and manage household projects, small and large, from washing windows to roof repair. We introduce you to our trusted service providers and report directly to you on estimates and project progress to completion. We review invoices and, if approved, pass them along for prompt and direct payment by you to the vendor.
