Porches are Pushing out Decks in Popularity
Porches are becoming more common on new homes over the past decade, showing their increasing popularity with homebuyers. Sixty-four percent of new single-family homes started in 2015 included a porch while 23 percent included a deck, according to the Census Bureau’s Survey of Construction data. A little bit about Chipman Hill
The folks that follow us on social media have inquiring minds! They have often asked where the name Chipman Hill originated, and so here’s the scoop.
