Chipman Hill Property Services was founded in 2018 by owners Geoff Conrad and Tim Hollander in response to residential real estate professionals expressing a need for services targeting both out-of-state homeowners as well as Addison County residents looking for help in any aspect of homeownership. Our services are tailored to answer a broad range of typical everyday needs and not-so-typical, once in a lifetime services and our mission is to offer peace of mind to homeowners who are either not available or not interested in regular oversight of their properties.
